Accountant Executive

As a Finance Executive at Digital Planet, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing client invoices with precision and timeliness. Your responsibilities will include generating basic financial reports regularly, addressing client queries related to finance matters, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations in all financial operations. You will also assist in preparing financial data for tax filings and audits as required, showcasing proficiency in compliance and Income Tax Return. Proficiency in Excel will be essential for efficiently carrying out these tasks. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience as a Finance Executive, Accountant, or similar position focusing on invoicing. A strong understanding of financial principles and invoicing practices is crucial, along with proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, and Excel. Your exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills will enable you to work independently, while effective communication skills will be vital for client interactions and issue resolution. Although a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred, it is not essential.
