Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a careful and responsible Accounts Team Lead for Branch Accounts to manage The right person will have good auditing and accounting skills, know about compliance rules, and lead a small team to review and fix branch financial records on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead branch-level accounts to ensure financial accuracy and policy compliance.
Review and verify branch accounts, cash books, bank reconciliations, and inventory records.
Identify discrepancies, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Guide and support branch accountants in proper record-keeping and documentation.
Prepare audit reports and present key findings to senior management.
Follow up on audit observations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Assist in the preparation of MIS and financial reports from audited data.
Coordinate with external and internal auditors during audits.

Requirements:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification in accounting or finance.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to audit processes.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and compliance matters.
Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and team coordination abilities.
Willingness to travel to branch offices for audit as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
