About the Role:

Accountant/Bookkeeper


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for

    US clients

    .
  • Perform bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and statements.
  • Work on

    QuickBooks & other cloud-based accounting tools

    .
  • Communicate with US clients via email and calls to resolve queries.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience for US clients (mandatory).

  • Proficiency in

    QuickBooks (Online/Desktop)

    ; knowledge of Xero is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to

    Udaipur, Rajasthan

    .
