Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant based in Pune. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing and maintaining financial records, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing account reconciliations, managing budgets, generating financial reports, handling tax filings, and collaborating with team members to support financial decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including financial reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
• Proficiency with financial tools and software, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting systems
• Experience with tax filing, compliance, and financial regulations
• Capability to handle budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high-level organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; professional certifications such as CA or CMA are a plus
• Experience in the interior design or construction industry is an advantage
