Accountant cum Office Assistant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing all accounting transactions, preparing financial statements, reconciling bank accounts, assisting with budget preparation, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. You will work closely with the management team to provide financial insights. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all accounting transactions - Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports - Reconcile bank accounts and monitor company's financial status - Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting - Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations - Maintain financial records in accordance with internal controls - Work closely with the management team to provide financial insights Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role - Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Additional Details: The company is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year experience in an Accounting related field.
