Record-Keeping and Reporting Keep accurate records of purchases, receipts, and inventory changes. Prepare reports on inventory levels and purchasing costs for management. Quality Control Conduct regular checks to ensure that storage areas are clean and organized. Follow food safety standards to prevent contamination and maintain quality.
