Accountant-cum-Inventory & Purchase Executive

As a detail-oriented and proactive professional, your role will involve handling both procurement and inventory management functions to support smooth business operations. - **Purchase Management:** - Identify reliable vendors and suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate terms. - Raise purchase orders, follow-up for timely delivery, and maintain purchase records. - Ensure procurement of materials at competitive prices without compromising quality. - Develop and maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance. - **Inventory Management:** - Monitor stock levels, maintain minimum/maximum stock, and prevent shortages or overstocking. - Conduct regular physical verification of inventory and reconcile with system records. - Maintain records of inward/outward material movement and ensure accuracy in inventory software/ERP. - **Compliance & Reporting:** - Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and statutory compliances. - Prepare periodic MIS reports on purchases, stock status, and consumption trends. - Highlight slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend corrective actions. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field. - Knowledge of Purchase and Inventory Management. - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. - Knowledge of Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel. - Familiarity with GST, billing, and logistics documentation. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. In addition to the role responsibilities, the location for this full-time, office-based role is in Goa. You will be required to coordinate with vendors, accounts, and operations teams.,
