About the Role

CA Intermediate–qualified accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  end-to-end accounting operations,

  including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and finalize

  financial statements

  , MIS reports, and statutory reports.
• Ensure

  statutory compliance

  with GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable regulations.
• Manage

  budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

  .
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks for audits and financial processes.
• Implement and improve

  internal financial controls

  and accounting procedures.
• Lead and mentor a small team for smooth accounting operations.

Key Requirements

• CA Intermediate qualification (mandatory).
• Minimum

  10 years of experience

  in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of

  Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial software

  .
• Thorough understanding of

  direct and indirect taxation

  .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in

  FMCG/agri/farm/retail

  domain will be an added advantage.
