Job Description

Job Summary:

The Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and verify all financial transactions in accounting software.
Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
Ensure timely payment of vendor bills and employee reimbursements.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Support in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Monitor and manage petty cash and cash flow requirements.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
Experience: 2–5 years in accounting or finance
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Tally ERP / QuickBooks / SAP
Strong MS Excel and financial reporting skills
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Soft Skills:
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
