The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting management in financial decision-making. The role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate financial information and ensuring the organization’s financial health.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Time management and organizational skills
Effective communication and reporting skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Experience Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (may vary by organization) Experience in preparing financial statements and tax compliance.
