Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting and entries in Tally.
  • Prepare and manage export documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, etc.) and coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
  • Create sales and purchase invoices and ensure accuracy.
  • Manage vendor and labour payments, including records and reconciliations.
  • Oversee transport arrangements and coordinate dispatches.
  • Maintain office administration, petty cash, and basic HR records.
  • Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
  • Cost Analysis

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree
  • Min. 5 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
