Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with a commerce background who can efficiently manage accounts and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, and comfortable handling both computer-based work and communication tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily accounting records and financial entries
  • Work on Tally software for billing
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate documentation
  • Manage files, invoices, receipts, and other records
  • Make follow-up calls to clients as required
  • Assist in basic office coordination and administrative support
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and statements
  • Required Qualifications -
  • Commerce background (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
  • Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Email handling)
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Good communication skills for calling and coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
