Job Description

Position: Jr. Accountant

Location: Gultekdi, Pune (Work From Office)

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 8PM

Experience: Fresher /Internship experience

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of GST, TDS, Tally Prime 9, and daily bank reconciliation. The ideal candidate will also be able to handle external bank-related tasks.

Role & responsibilities:

Assisting Marketing team with
cheque entries and courier
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and resolution of discrepancies.
Strong understanding of
GST, TDS calculation
and compliance
Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting as required.
Provide assistance with administrative tasks such as courier or packaging when needed.
Be flexible to perform external office work as directed by the manager.

Key Requirements :

Experience: 0-1 years in accounting . We are open to freshers or candidates with internship experience
Must have strong understanding with GST, TDS, and some experience with Tally Prime.
Must be flexible with bank visits or any outside admin/ accounts work 2 to 3 times a day when required.
B.Com Graduate
Must demonstrate high work ethics and a professional code of conduct.
