2) Good communication skills with direct client handling experience.
3) Proficiency in US accounting and payroll software , US - related filings and Reporting structure. Preferably QB and QBD knowledge .
4) Flexibility to work shifts.
5) Experience in leading and handling a team of at least 10 members
