Full Time
1. Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books.
2. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
3. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
4. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual results against budgeted amounts.
5. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, and assist with external audits.
6. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide insights to management.
7. Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of debts.
8. Prepare and submit financial reports to management, including monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
