Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Store Incharge. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the store. Duties Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and order supplies. Conduct regular stock counts and audits. Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses. Supervise daily operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer transaction. skills needed Providing excellent customer service. Maintaining accurate inventory levels. Managing Store operations and maintenance. Coordinating deliveries and stock receipts. Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge. Controlling expenses and optimizing profitability.
