Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam for an Accountant with 2-3 years of experience and proficiency in SAP. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key tasks include maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, managing invoices, handling tax calculations, and preparing accurate financial statements. The Accountant will work closely with the finance team to support overall financial management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-3 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in SAP
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience in managing ledgers, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus
