Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for an Account Representative based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Account Representative will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, maintaining strong communication with clients, and driving sales. The representative will also conduct training sessions to ensure the team is well-equipped to meet client needs. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
