Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Delhi, India. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role entails regular client meetings, sales presentations, and collaboration with the marketing team to drive revenue growth. Role & responsibilities Manage all accounting transactions Prepare budget forecasts Publish financial statements in time Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely bank payments Compute taxes and prepare tax returns Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements Tally ERP Accounts Payable Manufacturing Industry Experience Knowledge of Taxation and GST mandatory Doing purchase entry, purchase expenses in ERP Timely reconciliation of GST Timely reconciliation of Vendors and confirmation from respective Department Heads Timely payment to Vendors Doing proper follow-up with respective departments for pending bills and expenses Doing salaries entries in ERP and reconciliation Timely sharing of vendor outstanding reports of creditors Carrying out any other tasks assigned by Reporting Manager Preferred candidate profile Experience with general ledger functions Tally ERP and Busy Software knowledge is mandatory Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills Education: Accounting, Finance or relevant degree Show more Show less
