Account Representative

As an Account Executive at TRIVENI GROUP, your primary responsibility will be to manage client accounts, develop new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. This full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, will require you to conduct regular client meetings, deliver sales presentations, and collaborate closely with the marketing team to drive revenue growth. Your role will encompass a range of duties, including managing all accounting transactions, preparing budget forecasts, and publishing financial statements in a timely manner. You will be tasked with handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, computing taxes, and preparing tax returns. Proficiency in Tally ERP, experience in the manufacturing industry, and knowledge of taxation and GST are essential requirements for this position. Additionally, you will be expected to execute tasks such as entering purchase details and expenses in the ERP system, reconciling GST and vendor accounts promptly, and following up with respective departments for pending bills and expenses. Managing salaries entries in ERP, sharing vendor outstanding reports with creditors, and undertaking any other assignments delegated by the Reporting Manager are also part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience with general ledger functions, possess a strong knowledge of Tally ERP and Busy Software, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and exhibit excellent analytical skills.
