Job Description

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to support account receivables and/or credit activities in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing record to report data.
  • You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.The work model for the role is: HybridThis role is contributing to the General Accounting in Bangalore. Main stakeholders are finance controllers, FAO, management.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Performing general accounting activities, applying techniques and standards to the classification and recoding of financial transactions.
  • Executing quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuations monitoring.
  • Complying with and helping achieve Internal control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance in General Accounting team for applicable templates and participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation.
  • Assisting with data gathering, data entry, and basic financial analysis to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements.
.Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
  • You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting
  • Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have 3 -5 years of experience in General Ledger
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in / Highly adept in SAP, General Accounting, Reconciliation
  • You are passionate about / you are captivated by / you are innovative around technology driven changes
  • Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of B.Com, M.Com/ MBA in Finance
  • You are at ease communicating in English
