Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Relationship Manager located in Baleswar. The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that their expectations are met. Daily tasks include managing client records, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, addressing any issues that arise, and proactively seeking opportunities to improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, Communication skills
Account Management, Project Coordination, Problem-Solving skills
Understanding of Strategic Planning, Sales, and Marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Experience in the industry is a plus
