Job Description

SoftFruit Solutions is seeking a manager for their sports-related mobile application. As the manager, your role will involve creating and closing new business opportunities in alignment with the company's strategic direction. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and confirming service bookings through phone calls. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing monthly reports and analytics to track performance. Key Responsibilities: - Create and close new business opportunities - Maintain relationships with existing clients - Confirm service bookings through phone calls - Prepare monthly reports and analytics Key Qualifications and Skills: - Management experience - Marketing skills - MBA or related management experience - Previous experience in the same field would be a plus Please note that the job type is full-time, and the schedule is day shift. The ability to commute or relocate to Kozhikode, Kerala, is preferred. The ideal candidate should have a total work experience of at least 1 year, with 1 year of experience in customer service. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role.,
