Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and on time
• Match purchase orders (PO), goods received notes (GRN), and invoices (3-way matching)
• Manage and process payments through various payment methods (NEFT, RTGS, Cheque)
• Track and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
• Maintain vendor master data and communicate with vendors for clarifications and reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain accounts payable reports and aging analysis
• Assist in month-end closing and financial audits
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
• Coordinate with procurement and other internal teams for invoice approvals
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of AP-related records
• Should know how to make payments or should have rights to make payments.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce or related field
• 2-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
• Hands-on experience with accounting software
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
