Role Description – Accounts Officer

highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Officer

full-time, on-site role

• Preparing and maintaining

  accurate financial statements and reports

  .

• Handling cash transactions

  and maintaining proper documentation.
• Performing

  financial analysis

  to support management decisions.
• Managing

  accounts payable/receivable

  and conducting account reconciliations.
• Utilizing

  Tally

  and

  MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

  for daily accounting operations.
• Ensuring compliance with

  accounting standards and financial regulations

  .
• Providing

  effective support

  to internal teams and stakeholders through clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

  in

  Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

  (M.Com preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

  in accounting or finance.

• Proficiency in Tally and MS Office

  , especially Excel.
• Strong experience in

  cash handling

  and day-to-day account management.
• Excellent

  analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  .
• Strong

  communication and interpersonal skills

  .
