Account Manager

As an Account Manager in the field of Digital Marketing, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring the success of digital marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include serving as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, collaborating with various departments to meet client needs, and fostering long-term client relationships. You will be expected to engage with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing clear communication of monthly/quarterly initiative progress to stakeholders, generating new business opportunities with existing clients, and preparing comprehensive reports on account status. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related role. Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing is essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. An analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data, exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service are key attributes for success in this position. You should also stay updated on industry trends and maintain knowledge of company products and services. This full-time permanent role in Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra, India, offers a competitive CTC ranging from INR 3.8 Lacs to INR 4.8 Lacs. The working hours are from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6:15 pm.
