Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager specializing in US Debt Collection and Transition Management. Based in Noida, the Account Manager will oversee account operations, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful transition of accounts. Responsibilities include coordinating client communication, monitoring performance metrics, developing strategies to optimize processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Experience in US Debt Collection practices and Transition Management
