Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager specializing in US Debt Collection and Transition Management. Based in Noida, the Account Manager will oversee account operations, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful transition of accounts. Responsibilities include coordinating client communication, monitoring performance metrics, developing strategies to optimize processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Experience in US Debt Collection practices and Transition Management
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant tools or software
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate with internal teams
• Experience in finance, collections, or related industries is an advantage
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
