Account Manager

Position- Accounts Manager

Working time- 10AM to 7.00PM (Mon-Fri)

Saturday - Half day

Job location- Gurgaon

Salary- 45000- 50000 & Negotiable

Job Responsibilities:

1. to oversee day-to-day accounting activities, such as accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, Bank Reconciliation, GST Filing, Bloc, B2B, B2C. They ensure that transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. to be stay updated on accounting regulations and standards, such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principle.

3. to establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard financial assets and prevent fraud or errors.

4. To work closely with departments across the organization, such as finance, operations, and human resources.

5. to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and collaborate on projects and initiatives that have financial implications.

6. to lead and manage accounting teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

7. Conducting monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations, preparing financial statements, analyzing cash flow, and managing intercompany activities.

8. to Work closely with the team on cash flow management, funding of mortgages, and accounts payable.

9. Interacting with ownership representatives and assisting in the preparation of documents and analysis for monthly and quarterly audits

10. Core accounting experience in the month-end closing process, financial statement generation, work paper documentation, and analysis.

11. Strong knowledge of accounting concepts, accrual accounting, and revenue recognition.

Excel proficiency is crucial for accounting managers as they frequently work with spread sheets for financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

Proficiency in Tally, Busy and ERP

Taxation Knowledge

GST, Income Tax (TDS and TCS).
