Account Head

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Supervise, guide, and evaluate the accounts team.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Internal Controls:
Maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
Audit & Compliance:
Manage statutory and internal audits; ensure adherence to tax laws (GST, IT) and financial standards.
Banking & Treasury:
Handle working capital, banking relationships, and foreign exchange transactions.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and optimize cash flow and liquidity.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process efficiencies and accounting best practices.
Budgeting & Analysis:
Support budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives.
