Qualification: CMA Inter / CA Inter / PG (Finance or Commerce)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Accounts to oversee Accounts, Finance, and Statutory Compliances while ensuring alignment with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management
• Ensure timely preparation of Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss statements
• Oversee TDS & GST compliance, returns, and payments
• Conduct audits and reconciliations for financial accuracy
• Handle year-end closing, financial statements & audit support
• Implement and maintain accounting policies & procedures
• Lead and mentor the accounts team

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance (Managerial level)
• CMA Inter / CA Inter / PG in Finance or Commerce
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards & regulations
• Expertise in AP/AR, TDS, GST, Auditing, Reconciliation & Year-End Activities
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Preference for candidates already working in a Manager role
