Role Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Recruitment Manager / Account Manager who will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT recruitment for large-scale IT consulting and Big Four MNC clients . The role demands client handling experience , SPOC ownership , team leadership , and a strong grasp of IT hiring trends . This position is strictly IT-focused non-IT recruiters are not eligible . Key Responsibilities: Client & Account Management Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned Big Four and MNC consulting clients . Manage and nurture strong client relationships by ensuring seamless coordination, feedback handling, and consistent hiring support. Gather and understand complex technical requirements directly from client POCs/hiring managers. Own the account from requirement intake to successful closures. Team Management Lead and mentor a team of 310 IT recruiters. Assign roles, monitor productivity, and ensure KPIs/SLAs are met for delivery timelines and quality. Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and hiring support to drive high team efficiency. Recruitment Delivery Oversee full-cycle domestic IT hiring : sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding follow-ups. Ensure timely and quality delivery of profiles for niche and volume roles across Java, .Net, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Full Stack, Testing, etc. Personally contribute to critical or senior mandates when needed. Reporting & Systems Maintain detailed trackers, dashboards, and client-specific reports. Utilize internal ATS tools and job portals effectively for tracking and candidate lifecycle management. Requirements: 6 to 12 years of domestic IT recruitment experience non-IT profiles will not be considered. Must have experience in handling client hiring for IT consulting clients, Big 4s, or Tier-1 MNCs . Proven track record in account management, POC coordination , and direct client interfacing . Strong team management experience – must have led a recruitment team. Hands-on knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), ATS tools , and sourcing strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong technical understanding of current IT skills and market trends.
