Account Manager / Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager/Project Manager with strong project management and coordination skills. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding or hands-on exposure to AWS concepts, excellent communication skills, and a professional, presentable personality.

This role involves managing client accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Experience: 3–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

Account & Client Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Schedule and conduct client meetings, reviews, and status updates.

Project Management & Coordination

Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Coordinate between internal teams such as Development, DevOps, and Cloud.

Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Manage escalations, risks, and communication across stakeholders.

Technical Understanding (AWS)

Good understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).

Ability to simplify technical concepts for client understanding.

Work closely with Cloud & DevOps teams to support project execution.

Communication & Reporting

Provide clear, concise, and timely project updates to clients and management.

Document project requirements, meeting minutes, progress reports, and action plans.

Ensure smooth communication flow across all internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
