Act as a point of contact for client queries related to website development, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams (designers, developers, and marketing) to ensure smooth project execution. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve client e-commerce performance. Monitor and analyze client website traffic, performance, and paid ad campaign results. Address client concerns promptly and work towards resolution. Stay updated with industry trends and digital marketing strategies. Good at Upselling and Cross Selling. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in website domain management, e-commerce platforms, and paid ad campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO. Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
