Account Manager

You will be responsible for appropriately identifying the needs of both new and current customers to support their success using the product. This will involve developing effective communication with clients and internal team members to address and resolve any issues customers may encounter. Key Responsibilities: - Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Maintaining accurate financial records by recording transactions, managing ledgers, and reconciling accounts. - Ensuring compliance with tax regulations by preparing and filing tax returns and staying informed about tax laws. - Conducting audits and internal controls to review financial records, identify risks, and suggest process improvements. - Budgeting and forecasting by creating and managing budgets, predicting future revenues and expenses, and analyzing financial performance. - Providing financial advice and consulting on financial strategies, risk management, and cost reduction.
