Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Udhampur. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, tracking account metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth, assisting clients with product-related inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Account management, Client relationship management, and Customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze account metrics and generate reports
