Job Title: Accounts Manager Location: - Site IV Greater Noida, U.P Shift: Day Shift Responsibilities: We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead and manage our accounting operations. The ideal candidate must hold an M.Com degree and possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in core accounting functions, especially in a manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping: Perform and oversee day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate ledgers. Ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping. GST Compliance: Handle GST billing, filing of various forms, and preparation & submission of GST returns. Ensure full compliance with GST norms and regulations. Taxation & TDS: Manage income tax matters including advance tax calculations and assessments. Handle all TDS-related compliance, deductions, filings, and returns. Liaison with Authorities: Coordinate and correspond with the GST and Income Tax departments for any audits, notices, or clarifications. Import-Export Accounting: Manage accounting and documentation related to the import and export of goods. Ensure compliance with customs and foreign trade policies. Factory & Manufacturing Accounts: Maintain manufacturing-related accounts including raw material tracking, production costing, and stock valuation. Generate cost sheets and analyze cost-related information for pricing and profitability. Coordination with CA: Liaise with Chartered Accountants for audits, financial statements, and tax planning. Candidate Profile: M.Com with a strong academic background. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounts, taxation, and manufacturing finance. Sound knowledge of Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel. Strong communication and analytical skills. Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals and food Industry candidate preferred.
