Job Description

The Account Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of digital advertising campaigns while delivering outstanding client service. Acting as the central liaison between clients, internal teams (Sales, Campaign Management, Ad Operations, Reporting), and fulfillment partners, this role focuses on effective coordination, campaign tracking, and expectation management across the campaign lifecycle. This is a non-hands-on, coordination-focused position aimed at delivering high-quality service, ensuring campaign accuracy, and supporting client retention and renewal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign coordination and communication.
  • Collect and validate campaign requirements, creative assets, tracking specifications, timelines, and necessary approvals.
  • Input and manage campaign orders in relevant billing and trafficking systems.
  • Review onboarding forms for completeness and follow up for any missing details.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Campaign Management, Ad Ops, Reporting, and Fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
  • Maintain internal trackers to monitor asset delivery, campaign launch dates, pending inputs, and key milestones.
  • Join client calls to provide campaign status updates, confirm deliverables, and align on next steps.
  • Proactively escalate risks and support resolution through clear communication and follow-through.
  • Work with the Reporting and Insights teams to deliver post-campaign performance reports and analysis.
  • Identify and assist with upsell or renewal opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Manage internal requests and tickets using systems like JIRA, and resolve discrepancies through platforms such as the Dispute Management System (DMS).
  • Ensure thorough documentation of all campaign-related details, issues, and action items for internal visibility and transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in account management, client coordination, or sales support within digital media or advertising.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign execution, including Search, Social, Display, and OTT.
  • Familiarity with ad tech platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, and Madhive is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in both client-facing and internal discussions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Excel/Google Sheets, and workflow/project management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
