You will be responsible for owning and growing a key multinational account within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries, focusing on delivering profitable growth. Your role will involve managing client relationships, expanding existing strategic accounts, and achieving yearly revenue growth targets. You must have experience with Indian GCC and the ability to hunt for new business opportunities. Collaborating with presales, solutioning, and delivery teams both onsite and offshore will be essential during the ramp-up phase to ensure value delivery to clients during the steady state. Additionally, you will drive deal-shaping concepts, lead proactive solution development, and facilitate workshops alongside technical architects. Developing and executing an account strategy aligned with customer priorities and the competitive landscape is crucial, supporting ideation and driving revenue through vertical-specific solutions, IP, and nonlinear technology areas. Key Responsibilities: - Own and grow a key multinational account within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries - Manage client relationships and expand existing strategic accounts - Achieve yearly revenue growth targets - Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams during the ramp-up phase - Drive proactive solution development and facilitate workshops - Develop and execute an account strategy aligned with customer priorities - Support ideation and drive revenue through vertical-specific solutions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus - Over 10 years of sales experience, particularly in Digital, Customer Experience transformation, and IT Services - Proven track record of managing Fortune 500 clients and achieving revenue targets in the range of USD 8-10 million - Expertise in cross-selling and upselling service lines to existing customers - Strong understanding of technology and industry-specific platforms - Skilled in generating and presenting proposals in response to RFPs, RPQs, and RFIs - Extensive experience collaborating with Senior Directors/Managers, Procurement, and Vendor Management teams Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore You will be responsible for owning and growing a key multinational account within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries, focusing on delivering profitable growth.
