Account Manager Intern

Role Overview: As a part of our B2B Travel Tech startup, you will play a crucial role in handling all bookings and business operations. You will closely work with suppliers to ensure timely responses to queries and smooth post-booking operations. Managing feedback and escalations from customers and vendors, along with ensuring customer delight will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to complete agent KYC in a regular and timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Handle all bookings and business operations related work efficiently - Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely responses to queries and smooth post-booking operations - Manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors effectively - Ensure customer delight by providing exceptional service - Complete agent KYC regularly and in a timely manner Qualifications Required: - Ethical, hardworking, and possessing a 'passionate about startups' mindset - Excellent structured problem-solving ability - Good understanding of different business verticals - Disciplined and process-oriented - Presence of mind and willingness to learn - Available for a duration of 6 months Additional Details: The office is located in Connaught Place, Delhi, and work timings are from 9:30 till work completion. Being a part of a startup, you can expect a fast-paced environment with 10-12 hours of work per day.
