Account Manager Intern - 6 Months/PPO

As a Sole point of contact at TravClan, your role involves building and managing a highly engaged community of business entrepreneurs/agents. Your responsibilities include: - Educating members about TravClan and managing 100-200 business accounts. - Collaborating closely with the finance, product, and marketing teams to enhance processes, products, and reach, respectively. - Ensuring healthy retention of agents while increasing the volume of Agent's business through TravClan. - Effectively handling feedback and escalations from customers and vendors. - Organizing country-wide offline and online events and meet-ups for members periodically. Desired Candidate Profile: - Ethical, hardworking, and with a "passionate about startups" mindset. - Excellent structured problem-solving skills. - Good understanding of various business verticals. - Disciplined and Process Oriented. - Presence of Mind. - Willingness to learn. - Available for a minimum of 6 months. Additional Details: - Office Location: Connaught Place, Delhi. - Work Timings: 9:30 onwards until work completion.
