About the Role

We are looking for a client-focused and proactive Account Manager to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, ensure campaign success, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver exceptional service. You will act as the primary point of contact between the client and the agency, ensuring smooth communication and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client goals, expectations, and business needs to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (Social Media, SEO, Ads, Content, Branding, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams: content writers, designers, social media executives, performance marketers, and developers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights with clients.
  • Conduct regular review calls, presentations, and meetings with clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account revenue.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, briefs, and project status reports.
  • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Client Servicing Executive in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (social media, SEO, performance marketing, branding, website development).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, CRM tools, and project management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.).

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads).
  • Experience in preparing strategies/documentations for clients.
  • Basic understanding of industry trends & marketing funnels.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,032.52 - ₹62,378.90 per month
