Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to lead and grow our client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional client service. You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction while driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Project Oversight:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues that may arise during execution.
  • Market Insight & Reporting:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, client business developments, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular reports on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Background & Skills

  • MBA with bachelor's in engineering, science or related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience in IT industry
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and in a fast-paced environment.
