Account Manager - Domestic Staffing

You will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and providing support from a delivery perspective. Your main tasks will include understanding the clients" requirements, coordinating shortlisting and screening processes, conducting preliminary interviews of candidates, and acting as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for clients. You will need to comprehend the business needs of clients and ensure end-to-end delivery. You should have experience in conducting needs analysis, defining requirements, advising on sourcing strategies, recruiting, screening, scheduling interviews, checking references, and negotiating. Additionally, you will be recruiting and hiring candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions in the IT sector for multiple client companies. Expertise in using job portals and effective communication with clients" POC to establish strong relationships will be essential for this role. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, along with 8-10 years of professional experience in team management. You should possess extensive knowledge of domestic staffing and have experience working in regular day shifts. Previous experience in account management, client handling, team management, domestic staffing, and client interaction will be advantageous.
