Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager for Dental billing located in Mohali. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing revenue cycle projects, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Client Relations, and Customer Service
• Project Management skills and knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
