With a dedicated team of over 300 employees, we have established a profitable venture and are now looking to push the boundaries of our creativity and execution even further. **Objective:** - Understand the organization's business and products to ensure alignment with client requirements. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Cultivate long-term relationships with clients. - Engage with key client personnel to strengthen partnerships. - Address and resolve client concerns and complaints effectively. - Develop tailored plans to meet clients" business needs. - Offer guidance on optimizing processes for profitability. - Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to assess satisfaction levels. - Serve as the primary point of contact for client issues, escalating as necessary. - Collaborate with internal teams including sales, engineering, senior management, and operations to meet client demands. **Requirements:** - 1-4 years of experience in Client Servicing or Customer Service roles. - Bachelor's degree in any specialization. - Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office applications. - Problem-solving mindset with a professional demeanor. - Strong multitasking, time management, and target-oriented skills. - Excellent communication and listening abilities with a good command of English (written and spoken). - Capacity to perform effectively under pressure. **Job Type:** Full-time **Benefits:** - Health insurance - Performance bonus **Schedule:** Day shift **Work Location:** In person In conclusion, the role at OnGrid entails building robust client relationships, addressing their needs effectively, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business success.
