Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry, focusing on land development, architectural, structural, MEP, and BIM projects.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand and enhance relationships with existing clients.
  • Utilize engineering design knowledge to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs throughout all project phases.
  • Engage in project management activities to ensure successful execution and delivery of services, maintaining alignment with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across various project disciplines.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight our capabilities in construction project management and offshore engineering design support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in business development and account management within offshore engineering services catering to the construction industry, with a total professional experience of 12 to 15 years.
  • This role specifically targets candidates who have worked in inside sales managing international architectural firms, structural consultants, and related entities
  • Strong knowledge and experience in engineering design and development throughout the lifecycle of construction projects, including land development, architectural, structural, MEP, and BIM.
  • Proficiency in various CAD software applications and familiarity with their application in construction project design.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic approach to account management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
