About the Role:

Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and relationship management.
• Understand client goals and translate them into actionable creative and marketing briefs.
• Coordinate with internal teams — creative, strategy, media, and production — to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously, maintaining high attention to detail and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support in new business pitches when needed.
• Monitor campaign performance and share regular updates and insights with clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in account management, preferably in an agency or brand solutions environment.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects under tight deadlines.
• A passion for storytelling, branding, and delivering creative solutions that drive results.

Preferred:

• Experience working with FMCG, lifestyle, or digital-first brands.
• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, and basic performance dashboards.
