As an Account Manager at Apna, India's largest jobs and professional networking platform, your role will be crucial in owning and growing relationships with our top key accounts. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end relationships with strategic clients, building trust, driving renewals, supporting proactively, and maximizing revenue. Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams will be essential to solve client issues and create win-win solutions. Identifying white-space opportunities to increase wallet share and contributing to NRR goals will be part of your upsell and expansion responsibilities. Ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and consistent delivery against SLAs will also be a key aspect of your role. - Monitoring hiring trends and running performance reviews - Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams - Identifying white-space opportunities for upselling - Ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption processes - Meeting SLAs consistently To excel in this role, you should have 2-3 years of B2B account management/enterprise sales/key account handling experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with proficiency in English and Hindi languages. Your strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to analyze data and present insights that drive business outcomes, will be critical. You should be ready to work from the office and travel for field client meetings frequently, demonstrating a high ownership mindset, proactive problem-solving abilities, and natural networking skills. - 2-3 years of B2B account management experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi - Relationship-building and negotiation skills - Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights - Willingness to travel for client meetings Joining Apna will give you the opportunity to own marquee accounts and shape the company's growth story.
