Account Manager- AIML

As an experienced AI/ML Delivery Manager/Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading global banking client applications with a focus on AI and ML solutions. Your role will involve managing large-scale IT projects, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Your expertise in IT project management, particularly in the banking or financial services sector, will be crucial in delivering projects that meet client expectations and timelines. Your key responsibilities will include managing and delivering large-scale IT projects for global banking clients, fostering strong client relationships by understanding their business needs, leading cross-functional teams to ensure project success, developing and executing project plans, resource allocation, and risk management. Collaboration with sales teams to identify new opportunities and enhance existing client relationships will also be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you must possess 18-20 years of experience in IT project management, a deep understanding of banking applications, technology, and industry trends, exceptional client relationship management and communication skills, a proven track record of delivering successful projects and managing large teams, as well as strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. While not mandatory, experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools, knowledge of banking regulations and compliance, certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), and familiarity with AI and ML solutions and technologies would be advantageous for this role.
