Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Chennai. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client needs. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, developing account strategies, overseeing project timelines, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and solutions.
